An opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in inpatient care is available at a major medical center in Lubbock, TX. This role is a travel position with a potential pathway to permanent employment for candidates willing to relocate. The hospital is a 500-bed facility featuring a 42-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and a 14-bed Pediatric ICU, serving a dynamic patient population that demands expert pharmaceutical care. The facility transitioned to the EPIC electronic health record system in February, emphasizing the need for familiarity with this platform.

Location:

• Lubbock, TX

Schedule:

• 7 days on, 7 days off
• Night shifts (Wednesday to Tuesday rotation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services
• Ensure safe and effective medication management for diverse patient populations, including neonatal and pediatric intensive care units
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy and improve patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC system for clinical documentation and medication management tasks

Desired Qualifications:
