Infusion Pharmacist

Responsibilities:

• Verify and dispense infusion medications safely and accurately
• Review and process physician orders
• Prepare and oversee infusion medication workflow
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff to optimize patient care
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality standards

Requirements:

• Active California Pharmacist license
• Current chemotherapy/oncology pharmacy experience
• Infusion pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
