Clinical Pharmacist | Truth Or Consequences, New Mexico

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Pharmacist to provide professional pharmacy services in a small hospital setting of approximately 80 beds. This role requires an active New Mexico pharmacist license and experience in clinical pharmacy within a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Conduct medication reviews and optimize pharmacotherapy for inpatients
• Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Participate in therapeutic drug monitoring and patient counseling as needed
• Maintain accurate records and oversee inventory control
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active New Mexico Pharmacist license
• Proven experience as a clinical pharmacist in a hospital or inpatient setting
• Strong knowledge of drug therapies and hospital pharmacy operations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
