Deliver comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services within a culturally rich and diverse healthcare environment located in Northwestern Arizona. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks, with an immediate start, involving 4/10-hour shifts that rotate between weekdays and weekends. Shift start times vary between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. Be prepared for schedule flexibility including occasional RDO fluctuations.

Location:
Tuba City, AZ – service provided at the main campus and satellite clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and pharmacy services to a wide patient demographic including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients.
  • Manage clinical pharmacy services both inpatient and outpatient, focusing on medication therapy management aligned with organizational policies.
  • Participate in rotational shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Potential advancement from Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist with responsibilities expanding to clinical program development, administration of policies, and supervisory roles over pharmacy staff.
  • Serve as Clinic Manager of Operations at designated clinics, overseeing pharmacy staff and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Current valid, unrestricted pharmacy license from any U.S. state, territory, or D.C.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Registered Pharmacist.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.
  • Must complete and clear fingerprinting prior to start.

Housing & Additional Info:
