Clinical Pharmacist - Tuba City, AZ

Schedule:

• 4/10 hour days with variable RDOs
• Shifts may start at 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am, or 12:00pm
• Weekdays, weekends, and holidays (rotational shifts including day, evening, and nights)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and medication management across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Ensure consistent, quality pharmacy services in line with organizational policies
• Participate in clinical pharmacy services, including specialized pharmacy clinics as an Advanced Practice Pharmacist
• Oversee pharmacy operations and supervise staff, including pharmacists, technicians, assistants, and billers
• Implement and administer policies aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and values
• Work at both main campus and satellite clinics

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited program
• Current, valid, unrestricted pharmacy license in any U.S. State, Territory, or the District of Columbia (AZ license not required)
• Minimum two years as a Registered Pharmacist
• Minimum one year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Fingerprinting clearance prior to start

Housing: Limited shared housing available at $600/month (no family or pets per facility policy)
