A full-time Clinical Pharmacist opportunity is available for the evening shift in Tulsa, OK, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care within a dynamic hospital environment.
Schedule & Hours:
- 10-hour evening shift
- 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, effective, and cost-conscious pharmaceutical care to optimize patient outcomes.
- Manage drug dispensing and intravenous admixture procedures.
- Deliver accurate drug information to healthcare professionals.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff under the guidance of the Director of Pharmacy or Pharmacy Operations Manager.
- Participate actively in initiatives to enhance pharmaceutical services and patient safety.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 14 days of hire, required before providing direct patient care.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, particularly for responding to Code Blue situations.
- Preferred: Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a minimum of one year inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
