Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Full-Time | Evening Shift
Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Join a hospital pharmacy team where you’ll play an important role in delivering safe, effective, and cost-conscious pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities:
Provide clinical and pharmaceutical care to patients
Dispense medications and support IV admixture services
Provide drug information to healthcare professionals
Oversee pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff

Requirements:
B.S. or Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License in good standing
BLS certification (within 14 days of hire/transfer and before direct patient care)
ACLS certification required
1+ year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Pharm.D. preferred
