Schedule: 8-hour day shifts
Responsibilities:
Oversee specialty pharmacy operations such as IV room, informatics, and diversion/narcotics management
Provide pharmaceutical care and support staff pharmacist duties
Serve as a subject matter expert for specialty practice areas
Support system troubleshooting, testing, and workflow improvements
Develop and maintain pharmacy policies and procedures
Train staff and precept pharmacy students or residents
Requirements:
BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
Active Oklahoma Pharmacist license
Hospital clinical pharmacy experience
PGY-1/PGY-2 training or equivalent clinical experience
BLS and ACLS required
Preferred:
PharmD
BPS or other applicable specialty certification
