This opportunity is for a Clinical Pharmacist role located in University Park, PA, focusing on a hybrid clinical and staff pharmacist position. Approximately 60% of your time will be dedicated to clinical responsibilities, with the remainder focused on staffing duties. Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical pharmacy services with an emphasis on population health and ambulatory care management.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to manage complex medication regimens in target disease areas.
- Perform staff pharmacist duties covering day shifts while supporting pharmacy operations.
- Participate in program development to expand clinical services within the health system.
- Utilize Meditech for patient and medication management.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Licensed pharmacist in Pennsylvania.
- Experience in ambulatory care or inpatient pharmacy practice.
- Completion of a pharmacy residency program is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, primarily variable days and afternoons with 8-hour shifts.
