Clinical Pharmacist in University Park, PA

This opportunity is for a Clinical Pharmacist role located in University Park, PA, focusing on a hybrid clinical and staff pharmacist position. Approximately 60% of your time will be dedicated to clinical responsibilities, with the remainder focused on staffing duties. Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services with an emphasis on population health and ambulatory care management.

• Participate in program development to expand clinical services within the health system.
• Utilize Meditech for patient and medication management.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in ambulatory care or inpatient pharmacy practice.
• Completion of a pharmacy residency program is highly preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, primarily variable days and afternoons with 8-hour shifts.
