Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical pharmacy services to inpatients, ensuring safe and effective medication use.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmacotherapy plans.
- Review medication orders for appropriateness and adherence to protocols.
- Participate in patient rounds and interdisciplinary team discussions.
- Manage medication distribution and inventory control within the inpatient pharmacy.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active California Pharmacist license required.
- Experience working in an inpatient pharmacy setting.
