Clinical Pharmacist - Ventura, CA

Join a dynamic inpatient pharmacy team supporting comprehensive patient care in a busy medical center. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to inpatients, ensuring safe and effective medication use.

• Participate in patient rounds and interdisciplinary team discussions.

• Active California Pharmacist license required.
