Clinical Pharmacist - Waukesha, WI

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
• On-call responsibilities every 4th weekend and one weeknight per week

Key Qualifications:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years recent sterile compounding experience, with hands-on IV mixing in clean room settings
• Recent IV experience is essential
• CPR certification is preferred
• At least 2 years recent home infusion experience is highly desirable

Primary Responsibilities:

• Verify IV orders accurately to ensure safety and compliance with protocols
• Prepare intravenous medications and compounds in the clean room per standards
• Provide expertise in clinical pharmacy duties related to infusion therapy
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
