Clinical Pharmacist - Waukesha, WI

This position offers the opportunity to work as a Clinical Pharmacist in a dynamic healthcare environment, focusing on sterile compounding and home infusion services. Candidates must be prepared for a contract-to-hire arrangement, committing to at least six months under contract before a permanent offer is considered.

Location

• Waukesha, WI

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
• On-call every 4th weekend and one night per week

Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years recent sterile compounding experience
• Recent IV experience is required
• CPR certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years recent home infusion experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Verify IV medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare IV medications in a clean room setting as needed
• Perform various clinical pharmacy duties related to medication management and patient care
