Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and verify medication orders; review medication profiles for appropriateness.
• Provide specialized clinical services tailored to patient populations.
• Serve as a drug information resource.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Monitor drug therapy and manage pharmacist-led consults according to protocol.
• Respond to acute patient scenarios including cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, and trauma in ED and critical care settings.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• PGY1 residency or a minimum of three years of current clinical pharmacy experience.
• Licensed pharmacist in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain licensure; candidates without a PA license are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency with Meditech electronic health records preferred.

Schedule:

• Primarily day shifts with some variability in afternoons.
• 8-hour shifts.
