Clinical Pharmacist in Wolfforth, TX

A clinical inpatient pharmacist position is available at a 500-bed hospital featuring a 42-bed NICU and a 14-bed Pediatric ICU in Lubbock, TX. This role offers an engaging opportunity to work within a dynamic inpatient setting, utilizing the EPIC system, which replaced Cerner earlier this year.

Schedule:

• 7 days on, 7 days off
• Night shift (Wednesday to Tuesday rotation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage medication distribution and safety within the inpatient setting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
• Participate in clinical rounds and provide expertise on medication therapy
• Support NICU and Pediatric ICU pharmacy needs

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system highly desirable
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment

Location: Lubbock, Texas
