Clinical Pharmacist in Ypsilanti, MI

This opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with home infusion expertise seeking a focused clinical role in a supportive environment. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for an 8 to 13-week contract, providing essential clinical services at a home infusion facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and verification of sterile compounded medications, ensuring compliance with USP 797 and 800 standards.
• Monitor and verify the work of pharmacy technicians in the clean room setting.
• Provide clinical consultations to patients, supporting their therapeutic outcomes and medication management.
• Collaborate with the home infusion team to maintain high-quality care and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Michigan pharmacy license is required.
• Demonstrated experience in home infusion pharmacy practice.
• Proficient in sterile compounding, ideally within a home infusion context.
• Familiarity with USP 797 and 800 regulations related to sterile preparation.
• Experience with Care Tend computer system is advantageous but not mandatory.
