Position Details

• Start: 10/13
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 40 hours/week, varied shifts
• Typical Shift: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
• Weekend coverage required
• EMR: EPIC
• Competitive weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient pharmacy services in a hospital setting
• Verify and dispense medications
• Provide pharmacokinetic dosing support
• Manage vancomycin dosing
• Support warfarin management
• Provide pharmacy coverage across varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Requirements

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Experience with pharmacokinetic dosing
• Experience with vancomycin dosing
• Experience with warfarin management
• EPIC Willow Inpatient experience preferred, not required
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
