Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
• Manage and develop a large pharmacy team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
• Oversee budget management and financial performance of the pharmacy department
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital administration to optimize patient care and pharmacy services
• Implement and maintain pharmacy best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist License
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required
• Minimum of 3 years in hospital pharmacy management
• 3 to 5 years of overall hospital pharmacy experience
• Proven experience in budget oversight and financial management
• Strong leadership skills with history of leading large pharmacy teams
• Ability to step into leadership roles quickly and make an immediate positive impact
