Location
• On-site at a hospital near Nashville, Tennessee
• Contract to hire opportunity
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, on site only (no remote work)
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all pharmacy operations within the hospital
• Oversee budget management and financial planning for the pharmacy department
• Develop and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a high-performing team environment
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, and hospital administration to ensure optimal pharmacy services and compliance
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and maintain quality control

Qualifications and Desired Experience
• Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy management experience
• 3 to 5 years of overall hospital pharmacy experience
• Proven budget management and financial oversight skills
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large pharmacy teams
• Active Tennessee Pharmacist License required
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required
• Available to work on site Monday through Friday
