An opportunity is available for a seasoned Director of Pharmacy to lead pharmacy operations in a vibrant 250-bed community hospital situated approximately an hour from Albany, NY. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily pharmacy operations to optimize efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance medication safety and pharmacy services.
• Lead, mentor, and manage pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to align pharmacy activities with overall hospital goals.
• Manage budgetary aspects and resource allocation for the pharmacy department.
• Ensure adherence to accreditation standards and maintain continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Proven leadership experience as Director of Pharmacy in a hospital setting.
