Assistant Home Infusion Director of Pharmacy in Bethany, OK

A full-time Director of Operations role is available to manage and lead a specialty home infusion pharmacy in Oklahoma City, OK. This direct hire opportunity offers the chance to guide pharmacy services, staff, and operations within a rapidly growing organization focused on providing high-quality compounded medications and infusion therapies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with USP 797, USP 800, and State Board of Pharmacy regulations
• Manage compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services for patients in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensure accurate preparation and distribution of prescriptions, solutions, and medications
• Conduct assessment and ongoing evaluation of patients’ drug therapies and plans of care
• Supervise the work of Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Interns
• Maintain security and regulatory standards related to controlled substances
• Collaborate with physicians and referral sources as necessary
• Provide drug information support to sales and clinical staff
• Manage hiring, training, performance management, team development, and payroll approval for direct reports
• Participate in on-call pharmacy coverage and other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or R.Ph. with appropriate clinical experience
• Current and good standing pharmacist license in Oklahoma; additional licenses as required
• 3-5 years of pharmacist experience, preferably with direct compounding and infusion expertise
• Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy or home infusion practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• CPR certification and Care Tend experience preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills with ability to train and mentor teams

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, daytime hours with administrative on-call responsibilities
