Take on a leadership role within a rapidly expanding pharmacy specializing in dermatology, serving patients across 17 states from its Tennessee and Texas locations. This position focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, driving operational excellence, and supporting sustainable growth in a high-paced environment dedicated to positive patient outcomes.

Location:

  • Primarily onsite at the Administration office in Franklin, TN
  • Limited remote flexibility after onboarding
  • Quarterly travel to Abilene, TX pharmacy location required
  • Preference for local candidates; relocation assistance may be available

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • No on-call or weekend responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead compliance and readiness efforts for URAC, NABP/VIPPS, USP 795/800, DEA, and state board inspections
  • Develop and implement scalable SOPs, compliance workflows, documentation, and tracking systems
  • Conduct mock audits and identify gaps and vulnerabilities proactively
  • Maintain multi-state licensure tracking and operational standards
  • Design and lead compliance training for pharmacy staff
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance accountability, quality assurance, and consistency across locations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active Tennessee Pharmacist license (varied backgrounds considered)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacy compliance, accreditation, regulatory oversight, or quality assurance
  • Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build systems and improve processes
  • Strong knowledge of URAC, NABP/VIPPS, USP 795/800, DEA, and state board regulations preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic setting
  • Technical proficiency with compliance systems, spreadsheets, LMS platforms, and reporting tools
