Hospital Inpatient Director of Pharmacy in Brockton, MA

An immediate opening is available for an Interim Pharmacy Manager/Director position within a hospital setting located in Boston, MA. This contract role is expected to last 3+ months, with a prompt start date. The ideal candidate will possess hospital pharmacy leadership experience and be prepared to manage inpatient pharmacy operations, including staffing responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of inpatient pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Manage pharmacy staff scheduling, recruitment, and staffing to maintain optimal department functionality.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to enhance pharmacy services and patient care.
• Ensure accurate medication dispensing, inventory control, and quality assurance in the inpatient setting.
• Provide leadership and direction to pharmacy personnel, fostering professional development and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Massachusetts pharmacy license.
• Proven experience in hospital pharmacy management, particularly inpatient services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and staff pharmacy teams effectively.
• Strong references required; preference given to candidates who have previously worked with the staffing agency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
