Apply NowThis role offers the opportunity to serve as a full-time Clinical Pharmacist on the evening shift in a leading medical facility in Tulsa, OK. The position emphasizes delivering safe, effective, and cost-efficient pharmaceutical care within a dynamic inpatient hospital environment.
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Schedule/Hours:
- Evening shift, 10 hours per day
- 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize patient outcomes through appropriate medication dispensing and IV admixture preparation
- Provide accurate and timely drug information to healthcare professionals
- Supervise pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff under the guidance of the Director of Pharmacy or Pharmacy Operations Manager
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and standards related to pharmaceutical care
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited institution
- Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with the ability to obtain within 14 days of hire
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required for Code Blue participation
- Preferred: One year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
