An Interim Director of Pharmacy position is available at a 70-bed long-term acute care (LTAC) hospital located in Chula Vista, CA. This contract role offers the opportunity to provide leadership and oversight of pharmacy operations within the facility, with potential to transition to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for the hospital pharmacy
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage staff and workflow to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care
- Utilize RX Connect pharmacy IT system to support medication distribution and documentation
- Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize medication management and patient outcomes
Desired Qualifications:
- Active California Pharmacist License
- Proven experience as a Director of Pharmacy within California healthcare settings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with LTAC facility pharmacy operations preferred
