Lead pharmacy services as the Director of Pharmacy at a premier 69-bed critical illness recovery hospital in Willingboro, NJ, dedicated to inpatient post-ICU care for chronic, critically ill patients. This full-time, direct hire opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical, operational, administrative, staffing, and financial management of the hospital pharmacy
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure exceptional patient care
- Implement and promote pharmacy services aligned with the facility’s patient-centered culture and operational goals
- Lead staff development and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of all educational requirements as mandated for state licensure
- Current pharmacy license in New Jersey
- Minimum of three (3) years hospital pharmacy experience within the past five years
- BLS certification if required by state regulations Preferred Experience:
- PharmD or BS Pharm plus advanced degree or hospital pharmacy residency completion
- One year in a managerial role preferred
- Board Certification and/or residency experience is a plus
