A dynamic pharmacy leadership opportunity is available with a rapidly expanding dermatology-focused pharmacy headquartered in Tennessee. The organization serves dermatologists and patients across multiple states with a mission to simplify complex problems and deliver affordable, high-quality solutions. Location:

  • Primarily onsite in Franklin, TN
  • Some limited remote work flexibility after onboarding
  • Quarterly travel to an additional location in Abilene, TX
  • Preference for local candidates; relocation assistance may be offered

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • No weekend or on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate readiness efforts for compliance standards including URAC, NABP/VIPPS, USP 795/800, DEA, and state boards
  • Develop and implement scalable standard operating procedures, compliance workflows, and documentation processes
  • Conduct mock audits to proactively identify operational gaps and compliance vulnerabilities
  • Maintain multi-state licensure tracking and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
  • Design and lead compliance training initiatives for pharmacy staff
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational accountability and quality assurance
  • Drive consistency and audit readiness across multiple pharmacy locations

Qualifications:

  • Active Tennessee Pharmacist license required; candidates from diverse backgrounds considered
  • Leadership experience is essential
  • Preferred 5+ years in pharmacy compliance, accreditation, regulatory oversight, or quality assurance
  • Strong understanding of URAC, NABP/VIPPS, USP, DEA, and related regulations preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop systems, improve operations, and enforce accountability
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proficient with compliance systems, spreadsheets, LMS platforms, and reporting tools
