A leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Director of Pharmacy to oversee and manage the pharmacy department within a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the pharmacy department.
• Manage pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
• Oversee medication dispensing processes, inventory control, and budget management.
• Collaborate with medical staff and administration to optimize pharmaceutical care and clinical outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of practice.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure patient safety in medication management.

Desired Experience:

• Proven experience as a Director of Pharmacy or in a senior pharmacy leadership role within a hospital.
• Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy systems, pharmacy law, and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance departmental efficiency.
• Experience in budget oversight and resource allocation.
• PharmD degree or equivalent; current pharmacy licensure required.
