An interim leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Director of Pharmacy in a 60-bed hospital setting in Juneau, AK. This contract role offers a chance to provide strategic oversight and operational management of the pharmacy department during a pivotal time.

The ideal candidate will bring current hospital Director of Pharmacy experience, with proven leadership skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Hospital Director of Pharmacy experience strongly preferred
• Ability to obtain Alaska pharmacy license promptly (law exam currently not required; licensing process estimated at 3-4 weeks)

• Experience managing pharmacy budgets, staff, compliance, and purchasing

Schedule:
