An interim leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Director of Pharmacy to oversee pharmacy operations in a specialized 70-bed Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital. This role offers a chance to serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and ensure comprehensive management and compliance within the pharmacy department.

- Based in Southern California
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, day shifts
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight of all pharmacy operations
- Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality control
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize pharmaceutical care
- Utilize RX Connect for management of pharmacy systems and workflow
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active California pharmacist license required
- Proven experience as a Director of Pharmacy within California healthcare settings
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations applicable to hospital settings
- Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and manage pharmacy staff effectively
Contract Details:
- Immediate start preferred
- Contract duration of 13 weeks with potential for temp-to-hire arrangement
