Responsibilities:

• Lead all clinical, operational, administrative, staffing, and financial aspects of the hospital pharmacy.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure the highest quality pharmacy services.
• Implement initiatives that support the hospital’s mission of extended healing and recovery for critically ill patients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards related to pharmacy practice.
• Manage pharmacy staff development, performance, and scheduling to meet patient care demands effectively.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Completion of all educational requirements necessary for state licensure as a pharmacist.
• At least three years of hospital pharmacy experience within the last five years.
• Current state pharmacy license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification if required by the state.
• Preferred: PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree with additional advanced degrees or completion of a hospital pharmacy residency.
• Minimum one year managerial experience preferred.
• Board Certification and/or residency completion highly desirable.
