Director of Pharmacy - Madison Heights, VA

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the working Pharmacist-in-Charge, managing daily pharmacy operations
• Dispensing medications and providing direct consultations to physicians and nursing staff
• Supervising pharmacy technicians and overseeing their workflow
• Managing restocking and inventory of Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs)
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist with previous experience as a Director of Pharmacy or Pharmacist-in-Charge
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and support pharmacy technicians and healthcare teams
• Knowledge of behavioral health pharmacy practices and medication management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
