Director of Pharmacy | Mesa, Arizona

An exciting opportunity is available for an Interim Director of Pharmacy to lead pharmacy operations on a contract basis in Mesa, AZ. This role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist in Arizona with current inpatient management experience who is ready to make an immediate impact. You will provide leadership and oversight to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of the pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service delivery
• Oversee pharmacy compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Administer and monitor budgetary considerations for the department
• Lead pharmacy personnel, including staffing and performance management
• Represent the pharmacy department in organizational meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Pharmacy License in Arizona required
• Proven inpatient pharmacy management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to oversee compliance and budget management effectively

Schedule:
