Director of Pharmacy - Mount Holly, NJ

An opportunity is available for a Director of Pharmacy to lead pharmacy operations in a healthcare facility located in Willingboro, NJ. This full-time, direct hire position is ideal for an experienced pharmacy professional who thrives in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary pharmacy leader, collaborating closely with the CEO and clinical teams
• Oversee clinical, operational, administrative, staffing, and financial aspects of the hospital pharmacy
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain high standards of patient care
• Manage pharmacy budgets, staffing schedules, and performance evaluations
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among pharmacy staff

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of all educational requirements necessary for state licensure
• Minimum of three years of hospital pharmacy experience within the last five years
• Current valid license in the state of practice
• BLS certification if required by the state Preferred:
• PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree plus an advanced degree or completion of a hospital pharmacy residency
• At least one year of experience in a managerial role within a hospital setting
• Board certification and/or residency completion is highly desirable

Schedule: Full-time

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $160,000 (based on years of experience)
