Director of Pharmacy | Mount Holly, New Jersey

Lead the pharmacy operations as the Director of Pharmacy at a healthcare facility located in Willingboro, NJ. This full-time, direct hire position offers a competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience. In this critical leadership role, you will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure optimal pharmaceutical services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all clinical, operational, administrative, staffing, and financial aspects of the hospital pharmacy.
• Drive initiatives to enhance patient care and medication safety.
• Manage pharmacy budgets, staffing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional leadership to align pharmacy operations with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of all educational requirements for state licensure.
• Current pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of three years of hospital pharmacy experience within the last five years.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification if required by the state. Preferred Qualifications:
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy plus an advanced degree or completion of a hospital pharmacy residency.
• At least one year in a pharmacy managerial role.
• Board Certification and/or completion of residency is highly preferred.
