This leadership role focuses on compliance and operational excellence within a fast-growing dermatology pharmacy serving multiple states. The organization values strong core principles and a positive attitude, emphasizing culture fit alongside professional qualifications.
Location: Franklin, TN (primarily onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | No weekends or on-call duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage readiness efforts for compliance standards including URAC, NABP/VIPPS, USP 795/800, DEA, and state board regulations
- Develop scalable policies, compliance workflows, and documentation systems to support quality and growth
- Conduct mock audits and proactively identify and resolve operational and compliance gaps
- Maintain multi-state licensure tracking and oversee consistency across pharmacy locations
- Design and implement compliance training initiatives for pharmacy staff
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational accountability and quality assurance
- Drive structure, consistency, and audit readiness organization-wide
Qualifications:
- Active Tennessee Pharmacist license (candidates from various backgrounds encouraged)
- Proven leadership experience in pharmacy compliance, accreditation, regulatory oversight, or quality assurance (5+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of URAC, NABP/VIPPS, USP 795/800, DEA, and state board regulations highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to build and improve systems and processes for operational accountability
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Proficient with compliance systems, spreadsheets, learning management systems, and reporting tools
Additional Details:
- Primarily onsite in Franklin with limited remote flexibility after onboarding
- Quarterly travel to pharmacy location in Abilene, TX required
- Local candidates preferred; relocation assistance may be considered

This direct hire opportunity offers a base salary of $160,000–$180,000 plus bonuses.
