Join a rapidly expanding dermatology pharmacy headquartered in Tennessee, serving patients across 17 states with a mission to simplify complex problems and provide affordable care. This role focuses on ensuring compliance and operational excellence, supporting growth and quality within a fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Location:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- No weekends or on-call duties
- Primarily onsite at the Administration location in Franklin, TN
- Some quarterly travel to Texas pharmacy location
- Limited remote flexibility post-onboarding; preference for local candidates with relocation assistance available if needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead readiness for URAC, NABP/VIPPS, USP 795/800, DEA, and state board compliance audits
- Develop scalable SOPs, compliance workflows, tracking systems, and documentation processes
- Conduct mock audits and identify operational gaps proactively
- Maintain multi-state licensure tracking and compliance standards
- Create and deliver compliance training programs for pharmacy staff
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational accountability and quality assurance
- Drive consistency, structure, and audit preparedness across multiple pharmacy locations
Qualifications:
- Active Tennessee Pharmacist license; candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Minimum 5 years in pharmacy compliance, accreditation, regulatory oversight, or quality assurance preferred
- Leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of URAC, NABP/VIPPS, USP 795/800, DEA, and state board regulations highly desirable
- Proven ability to develop systems, improve processes, and enforce operational accountability
- Excellent organizational, documentation, communication, and analytical skills
- Adaptable to fast growth environments
- Proficient with compliance systems, spreadsheets, LMS platforms, and reporting tools
