Permanent Director Of Pharmacy

A community hospital in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Pharmacy for an immediate opening. This leadership role is ideal for a pharmacist with recent management experience who can step in and provide operational oversight while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department
• Supervise and support pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
• Lead departmental meetings and collaborate with hospital leadership
• Monitor workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
• Support clinical and operational pharmacy services as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License (required)
• Minimum of ~2 years of recent inpatient pharmacy management experience
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership and team management abilities

Work Hours:

• Day Shift: Monday – Friday
