Director of Operations Infusion Pharmacy - Oklahoma City, OK

Soliant Health is seeking a Director of Pharmacy for a direct hire opportunity with a specialty home infusion pharmacy located in Oklahoma . This is a perfect opportunity for a pharmacist to work in a managerial title for a specialty pharmacy.

Schedule:
• Mon-Fri: Days (administrative on call)
• Start: ASAP
• Placement: DIRECT HIRE

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy and operational functions
- Ensure compliance with USP 797, USP 800, and State Board of Pharmacy Regulations
- Oversee compounding, dispensing, clinical monitoring, and patient care
- Supervise pharmacist, technicians, and interns
- Manage controlled substances and pharmacy inventory
- Conduct patient assessments and develop/revise plans of care
- Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, & internal teams
- Participate in pharmacist on-call coverage as needed

Requirements:
- Oklahoma Pharmacist License: Must be active and in hand at time of submission – firm requirement
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D), or RPh w/ appropriate clinical experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of Pharmacist experience, preferably direct compounding
- Efficiency in CPT+/Care Trend is highly preferred
- Specialty pharmacy or home infusion experience highly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient w/ Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook
