Inpatient Hospital Director of Pharmacy | Quincy, Massachusetts

An urgent opportunity is available for an Interim Pharmacy Manager/Director to oversee hospital pharmacy operations in Boston, MA. This contract position is ideal for a pharmacy professional with strong hospital management experience who can ensure optimal inpatient pharmacy services and assist with staffing as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of inpatient pharmacy operations within the hospital setting
• Provide leadership and direction to pharmacy staff, including staffing responsibilities if required
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies
• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize medication use and patient safety
• Monitor pharmacy performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist in Massachusetts (MA)
• Proven hospital pharmacy management experience, particularly in inpatient settings
• Previous working relationship with the staffing agency strongly preferred
• Candidates with excellent references and a strong track record in hospital pharmacy leadership will be considered
