Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: 8 hours per day, day shift
Relocation Assistance: Eligible candidates may receive reimbursement up to $10,000 through a relocation reimbursement program.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise hospital pharmacy operations in compliance with hospital policies, professional standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Provide strategic direction, mentoring, and oversight to clinical pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
  • Ensure adherence to JCAHO, DEA, and State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
  • Oversee safety, infection control, disaster planning, and departmental quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and execute departmental goals aligned with hospital and corporate objectives.
  • Manage recruitment, training, evaluation, and retention of pharmacy personnel.
  • Foster collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution.
  • Minimum of three years’ hospital pharmacy experience with at least two years in a leadership role.
  • Active pharmacist license in good standing with the relevant State Board of Pharmacy.
  • BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
  • Preferred: Doctor of Pharmacy degree, five or more years’ hospital pharmacy experience, ALS/ACLS certification.
