Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: 8 hours per day, day shift

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise hospital pharmacy operations in compliance with hospital policies, professional standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Provide strategic direction, mentoring, and oversight to clinical pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
- Ensure adherence to JCAHO, DEA, and State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
- Oversee safety, infection control, disaster planning, and departmental quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and execute departmental goals aligned with hospital and corporate objectives.
- Manage recruitment, training, evaluation, and retention of pharmacy personnel.
- Foster collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution.
- Minimum of three years’ hospital pharmacy experience with at least two years in a leadership role.
- Active pharmacist license in good standing with the relevant State Board of Pharmacy.
- BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
- Preferred: Doctor of Pharmacy degree, five or more years’ hospital pharmacy experience, ALS/ACLS certification.
