Director of Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee clinical, operational, staffing, and administrative pharmacy functions
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and regulatory standards
Manage medication safety, quality assurance, and drug therapy monitoring
Lead staff training and pharmacy education initiatives
Develop clinical pharmacy programs and process improvements
Collaborate directly with hospital leadership

Requirements:

Active Oklahoma Pharmacist license
3+ years of hospital pharmacy experience within the last 5 years
Pharmacy management or leadership experience preferred
Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge
PharmD, residency, or board certification preferred
