Director of Pharmacy - Oklahoma

A Director of Pharmacy opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacy leader in a critical illness recovery hospital setting. This role provides full-scope pharmacy leadership across clinical, operational, administrative, staffing, and financial functions.

Position Details:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations, staffing, and clinical services
• Ensure accurate medication preparation and dispensing
• Lead quality assurance and drug utilization initiatives
• Participate in patient drug therapy monitoring
• Develop clinical pharmacy programs and staff education
• Provide patient and family education

Requirements:

• Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience within the last 5 years
• BLS certification if required by state
• PharmD or BS Pharmacy plus advanced degree/residency preferred
• Pharmacy management or leadership experience preferred
• Board certification preferred
