The position is available to start as soon as possible, with an initial duration of 13 weeks and the potential to extend into a temp-to-hire role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations including order verifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to provide expert consulting and optimize patient care.
• Manage medication distribution processes utilizing Cerner and MedDispense systems.
• Drive efficient pharmacy services in a critical access hospital and skilled nursing setting.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current Kentucky pharmacy license.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy management or leadership roles.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and medication dispensing technology, specifically Cerner and MedDispense.
