Lead the pharmacy operations at a dynamic healthcare facility in Willingboro, NJ as the Director of Pharmacy. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary pharmacy leader, collaborating closely with the CEO and clinical teams.
• Oversee clinical, operational, administrative, staffing, and financial aspects of the hospital pharmacy.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high standards of pharmaceutical care.
• Lead initiatives to improve medication management and patient safety.
• Manage budgetary responsibilities and resource allocation for pharmacy services.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of all educational requirements for state licensure.
• Minimum of three years hospital experience within the last five years.
• Current BLS certification if required by the state.
• Maintains an active pharmacy license in the state of practice.
• Preferred: PharmD or BS Pharm with advanced degree or completion of a hospital pharmacy residency.
• At least one year in a managerial role is preferred.
• Board Certification and/or residency training are highly desirable.
