Director of Pharmacy | Willingboro, New Jersey

Lead the pharmacy services of a healthcare facility as the Director of Pharmacy in Willingboro, NJ. This full-time direct hire role offers a salary range of $130,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical, operational, administrative, staffing, and financial aspects of the hospital pharmacy.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure quality pharmacy services.
• Manage compliance with regulatory requirements and promote best practices within the pharmacy department.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of all educational requirements necessary for state licensure.
• Minimum of three years hospital pharmacy experience within the last five years.
• Current state pharmacy license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, if required by the state.
• Preferred: PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree with an advanced degree or completion of a hospital pharmacy residency.
• At least one year in a managerial or leadership role preferred.
• Board certification and/or completion of a pharmacy residency program highly desirable.
