Pharmacist - Alachua, FL

A Pharmacist opportunity is available in Alachua, FL, with a contract to hire arrangement spanning 13 weeks, starting Monday, October 19th. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and check prescriptions accurately to ensure patient safety.
• Receive training and support, with a willingness to learn new processes.
• Perform duties using the CareTend system.
• Support infusion-related tasks; prior infusion experience is highly preferred but not mandatory as training is provided.
• Comply with all legal and regulatory pharmacy requirements.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Florida Pharmacist license is required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience with infusion pharmacy is a plus.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday during scheduled hours.
• Demonstrated commitment to learning and professional growth.
