Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary pharmacist overseeing all pharmacy functions and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
• Perform thorough chart reviews and maintain accurate documentation
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and safety
• Fill prescriptions when pharmacy technicians are unavailable
• Complete necessary internal reporting and forms utilizing Microsoft Excel
• Work independently in the absence of technician support
• Engage directly with patients only when requested; no billing or insurance tasks involved

Qualifications:

• Active Louisiana Pharmacist license in good standing with no negative history
• 3 to 5 years of pharmacy experience
• Experience with substance abuse or opioid treatment preferred but not mandatory
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
