An opportunity is available for a skilled Pharmacist specializing in inpatient hospital pharmacy. This role involves providing expert pharmaceutical care within a hospital setting, ensuring accurate medication dispensing, and collaborating closely with medical teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications to inpatients following prescribed protocols
• Review and verify physician orders, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to provide pharmacological expertise
• Monitor patient medication therapies for efficacy and safety, identifying potential drug interactions or adverse effects
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
• Provide patient counseling and support when appropriate

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid pharmacist licensure in the relevant state
