Per Diem Pharmacist - Allentown, PA

Location:

• Allentown, PA

Schedule:

• Tuesday & Thursday: 1 PM – 8 PM
• Some weekends: Saturday 8 AM – 4 PM, Sunday 10 AM – 2 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications and counsel patients on proper use
• Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians, who provide excellent support during all shifts
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medications, drug interactions, and health care practices

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with current credentials
• Open to retail experience or new graduates eager to learn and train
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient service skills

Additional Details:

• Continuous tech support ensures pharmacists are never working alone, typically 2 techs during busy hours and 1 tech during slower times
