- Drive profitability and script growth by implementing clinical programs, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) where applicable.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to manage inventory effectively and align department objectives with seven key performance metrics.

- Ensure the security, cleanliness, and orderly maintenance of the pharmacy department.
