• Location: Altoona, WI
• Facility: 25-bed critical access hospital
• Patient volume: ADC of 10-12 patients/day
• Clinical focus: ER, L&D, Medical-Surgical units
• EMR systems: Cerner; automated dispensing cabinets: Pyxis
• Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off rotation
  • Monday to Friday: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturday/Sunday: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Start Date: Rotation beginning July 6
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks plus potential extension

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with current credentials to practice in Wisconsin
• Experience with hospital pharmacy operations, preferably in acute care environments
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR and Pyxis systems preferred or the ability to quickly adapt
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
