Per Diem Retail Pharmacist in Andover, KS

An immediate need exists for per diem pharmacists to support a retail pharmacy team in Andover, KS. This role offers flexible opportunities with semi-regular shifts, providing a manageable workload of approximately 100-125 prescriptions per day, supported by a strong pharmacy technician team. The pharmacy operates using Rx30 software.

Schedule/Hours:

• Coverage needed on Monday 7/27 and Tuesday 7/28
• Per diem, with shifts available on a semi-regular basis

Location:

• Andover, Kansas

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications following pharmacy laws and regulations
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care
• Use Rx30 software for prescription processing and documentation
• Provide counseling and advice to patients regarding their medications

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, valid Kansas pharmacist license with no disciplinary actions
• Experience in retail pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with Rx30 pharmacy software preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
