A pharmacist opportunity is available in a home infusion environment located in Ann Arbor, MI. This contract role offers Monday through Friday shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM over a two-month period.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with preparation and verification of sterile compounded medications performed by pharmacy technicians in a clean room setting
- Ensuring compliance with USP 797 and 800 standards related to sterile compounding
- Providing clinical consults and support to patients regarding their treatments
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in home infusion pharmacy or inpatient hospital pharmacy
- Proficiency or familiarity with sterile compounding practices
- Michigan pharmacy license in good standing
- Experience with the Care Tend computer system is a plus but not required
