A contract opportunity is available for a Pharmacist with strong home infusion and sterile compounding expertise. This role supports a home infusion environment, focusing on the preparation and verification of sterile compounds, ensuring compliance with USP 797 and 800 standards.

Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 2 months

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and verification of sterile compounds created by pharmacy technicians in the clean room
• Ensure adherence to USP 797 and 800 standards for sterile compounding
• Provide clinical consultations with patients regarding their therapies
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain quality and safety

Qualifications:

• Michigan pharmacist license required
• Proven experience in home infusion pharmacy practice
• Demonstrated expertise in sterile compounding, with preference given to home infusion sterile compounding
• Familiarity with Care Tend computer system is a plus, but not mandatory
