Location: Antioch, TN (1406 McGavock Pk STE A, Nashville, TN 37216)

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (32-40 hours per week)
  • Potentially every other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Saturday coverage may be available)

Contract Type: 13-week contract with the possibility to transition to permanent employment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently dispense medications in compliance with all laws and regulations
  • Provide expert counseling on medication therapy, including side effects, interactions, and proper usage
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and safe medication management
  • Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, review prescriptions for dosage appropriateness, and verify drug interactions
  • Lead by example by upholding company values, supporting team members, and cultivating a positive work environment
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and adapt to changes in protocols, systems, or technology

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active Pharmacist license in Tennessee
  • Familiarity with PioneerRX software preferred
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service and patient care orientation

Interview Process:

  • First round: Phone interview
  • Second round: Onsite interview
