Pharmacist in Antioch, TN

An independent pharmacy dedicated to personalized, fast, and friendly service is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Antioch, TN. This role emphasizes patient-centered care with a focus on compounding, medication management, and delivery services to ensure each individual receives tailored healthcare solutions. Location: Antioch, TN (with an office address at 1406 McGavock Pk STE A, Nashville, TN 37216)

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM (32-40 hours weekly)
• Possible alternating Saturdays, 9 AM–3 PM (coverage for Saturdays may be available)

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications adhering to all laws and regulations
• Provide expert counseling on medication therapy, including potential side effects, interactions, and proper use
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and medication safety
• Maintain precise patient records, verify prescriptions for dosing and interactions
• Uphold and demonstrate organizational values while fostering a supportive and positive team environment
• Stay informed on industry best practices and adapt to changes in protocols and technology

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist License
• Familiarity with PioneerRX software preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service

The selection process includes an initial phone interview followed by an onsite interview.
